Slava Sadko (Russian: "Садко") is possibly one of the most important new editions of a clock from 2020. Sadko is the name of a medieval Russian legend with mythological elements (Russian: "Были́на"). The story goes that the eponymous merchant and adventurer Sadko was also a very good gusli player. Sadko plays his instrument near the shore and delights the "Tsar of the Seas", who ensures rough seas with his dances. Because the Tsar likes to listen to Sadko's sounds, he offers Sadko a lot of wealth and success in return. Both make an agreement until Sadko finally no longer pays enough respect to the tsar and is locked up by him on the seabed. Only with the help of St. Nicholas can Sadko free himself from his clutches.

The legend as well as the watch series was and is still very well known within the Russian (formerly Soviet) population. As in the past, the new edition shines with a unique bull-head-shaped housing. In order to withstand the pressure as a diving watch (on the ocean floor?), Slava constructs a case which is water-resistant to 50 (!) Atm and has a helium valve. However, there is still the option of setting the date quickly using a push-button on the top of the case. Like all Special Editions from Slava, the Sadko also has an original Slava 2427 automatic movement, which has been extensively serviced and refurbished.

Each model is delivered with an original, pre-assembled stainless steel bracelet and a beautiful gift / collection box (covered with real leather).
